John, I'm a bit confused by how to answer the question, or technically, where does it go (here? in this way?) or what...
At any rate, the LT is the guiding group to the CNVC itself. There is at least one link person of the LT to the GCC (Jori); I think Jim is also a co-ordinator of the GCC but I'm not sure if he's part of the CNVC Board or what.
