Respect for authority vs. Fear of authority

Honoring experience/expertise vrs fear or submission to authority – honoring experience means for me listening what other has to say and at the same time getting also my needs clear and on table and then acting or answering from this place by choosing consciously to be in harmony with my needs and to take from other’s experience what I find valuable at this particular moment.
