Translation procedure

  1. The text is translated by a translator having a known mastering of Nonviolent Communication, having an effective knowledge of the source language and having the target language as first language.
  2. The translation is being revised by someone having a known mastering of Nonviolent Communication, having an effective knowledge of the target language and having the source language as first language. This first revision is to put in light the interpretation differences between the translator and the revisor.
  3. The translator revises this first revision (the second version of the translation) and possibly brings some modifications to his first translation.
  4. The third version of the translation (second revision) is being revised by someone having a known mastering of Nonviolent Communication and an effective knowledge of the target language only. This second reading is to have the text evolve towards a clear written expression, simple and enjoyable to read, without necessarly having to modify it's content.
  5. The translator revises the third revision (the fourth version of the translation) to propose a definitive manuscript to be published.
