Tasks that need owners
Urgent tasks
Important (but less urgent) tasks
Review requirements descriptions
I created the requirements section of this page by consolidating requirements from all the latest sources (including Kay's latest RFP from June). We should all review the requirements section below for accuracy. (task created by Jake)
Experiment with CivicSpace
Experiment with CivicSpace to understand how it meets our requirements, and fill in the CivicSpace-related sections and tables below. (task created by Jake)
Research BlackBaud
It would be great if someone could do more research on the BlackBaud products, and fill in the BlackBaud-related sections and tables below. (task created by Jake)
Think of things that need doing and record them here!
If you can think of tasks that need doing, record them here in this section so that we can keep track of them. (task created by Jake)
Consider Moving NVCwiki
Consider whether/when we might want to move the CNVC portions (such as ITC and Board) of NVCwiki to an identical MediaWiki installed, operated and linked to on the CS or cnvc.org site. This could enable a more responsive and robust platform, with access policies distinct from the wonderful totally open NVCwiki. An "official" wiki like this could link to NVCwiki and other sites, while having more stringent anti-spam and contributor policies.
Update your personal section of this page
Update your personal section of this page, to add more info and to record the tasks you're working on. (task created by Jake)
Nice-to-do tasks
Clarify Foundation Data
In the description of our Contact management requirement, there is a line that says "Foundation data". This came from the IT Survey page. I'm not sure what it means - we should get more clarity on this and update the requirement description. (task created by Jake)
