See if we are in agreement about John's proposal re: workshop content.
Seek agreement about whether we want one or more additional people in the trainer role, and if so, consider who.
Seek agreement on dates & possible venues, and number of people.
Anything else we need clarity about before John leaves for his August travels? Timeline?
