Liz says: The first thought that springs into my mind as I review these criteria is that any member in our network who possessed such talents is probably already working for someone else and earning a lot more money than we offer to pay an Executive Director!
I would so much prefer to see a written job description posted here; a job description rather than a list of criteria would meet needs of mine for acknowledgement and understanding.
