Wichita Kansas Sociocratic Circle

There are just two of us at present, Aurora Mendia and me, Ray Anderson.

We are trying to make arrangements with Jeff Brown, certified trainer, to come to Wichita soon for a training.

We hope that the training will provide us with other people who might wish to become members.

Our present aim is to develop a circle of not more than 6 or 7 members who will meet at least once a week to function as the nucleus and model of an alternative social, economic, and political order, an action-oriented, choice-making body that has the promotion of what Rosenberg calls "flow" as its ruling and guiding concern.

By "flow" we refer to the process that goes on between people that transforms them so that they come to understand and appreciate each other's feelings and needs and to being changed by that so that they are eager to help each other with his/her needs.
