PRACTICE THE PRINCIPLES OF NVC!

Our intention with these seven days, is to create an intensive experience of how relationships are created. We want to try to live in a community where we explore what can be created when people value connection and honesty, and learn tools that can help in living these values.

Come and let’s experience together, living in an environment  where your needs are as important as everyone’s else’s!

Our aim is to offer you and ourselves possibility for personal growth through deepening Noviolent Communication skills. We would like to set it up in co-creation between us and the participants.

Topics in this spring session include the spiritual foundation of NVC, living NVC
 +
within ourselves, in our relationships, and in the world, working with
 +
anger, guilt, shame, moneyissues  and much more.

HOW WILL WE WORK?

 +
The format includes presentations, discussions, exercises, sharing, small
 +
groups, simulations, informal practice during meals, walks. Lots of skillpractice, experiential learning, empathy groups etc.

 +
WHO WOULD BENEFIT?
 +
 +
*      People who have a basic knowledge of the NVC process
 +
(the more experience you already have, the more valuable your Training might
 +
be).

 +
*      People who wish to broaden and deepen their communication skills.

*      People wishing to take a step toward becoming certified trainers.

VENUE:

Estonia, Nelijärve Holiday centre. Nelijärve Holiday centre is located in a picturesque natural place on the shore of lake Purgatsi, a forest spring lake with the biggest depth of 13m, surrounded by woods and hills.

The place is one-hour drive from Tallinn (60 km) along Petersburg road. Not reaching the Jägala sign, turn right at the traffic sign of Aegviidu 36 km, then cross the railway in Aegviidu and then drive till around 40th kilometer post, where there will be a sign showing Nelijärve Puhkekeskus 0,4 km.

TIME TO COME AND GO:

We plan to start with common lunch at 13.00-14.00 (local time) on 12th of April and finish with common lunch at 13.00-14.00 (local time) on 18th of April 2006.

CONTRIBUTIONS:

To cover full board and lodging for all 7 days and support the trainers and organising team in their work we would like you to choose your contribution between 355 - 450 EUR for Eastern European participants (Czech, Belarussia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia) and 500-700 EUR for people coming from Western European countries. If you choose to contribute the amount close to higher end this enables us to support those people who might have less ressourses to use in this period of their life.

Please confirm your participation by filling out registration form at the end of this flyer  and replying it to info@empaatia.ee or using online form at www.empaatia.ee. Your place will be reserved when you have paid at least half of the price not later than  by 21st of  February 2006. That gives us some ease around organising this event. Another half would be paid according to mutual agreement between the organising team and the participant. We are flexible about full payment dates.
