 * My level of NVC experience: I received extensive training, initially in NVC mediation, then later in all aspects of NVC, from John Kinyon (co-founder of BayNVC), Ike Lasater, and Marshall Rosenberg starting in 2005. I now co-lead workshops and retreats with John Kinyon, in addition to leading my own weekly practice groups and classes, both in NVC and NVC mediation. All of my work since 2006 has been in NVC training, coaching, mediation, or facilitation. Since 2009 I've done a lot of work with Miki Kashtan (co-founder of BayNVC).
